Part Time, 15-25 hours a week

It is required for sales associate to be focused on customer service, exhibit an interest in the fashion industry, demonstrate flexibility in adapting to the changing needs of the business, and be self motivated to achieve results. In addition, sales associate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, listening skills, and the ability to work in a team centered environment with the highest levels of integrity. Sales associates are expected to be detail oriented and able to perform tasks simultaneously to produce results.

Experiences and Requirements:

• Prior service/selling experience, or exposure to dealing with the public required; prior retail experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Proficient in the English language
• Ability to operate computer and/or cash register
• Flexible work schedule
• Prior credit card sales experience preferred

Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining a selling environment focused on customer service.
• Executing internal and external marketing and visual merchandising initiatives to achieve Charming CHARLIE objectives.
• Adherence to all retail policies and procedures.

Job Requirements:
• Having a personality and attitude that creates an environment where people enjoy coming to shop every day.
• Part-time / flexible availability in scheduling.
• Previous sales experience in a high volume/unit fashion retail environment is preferred, however not required.
• Excellent communication skills.
